The Sphinx and Jungfraujoch

Jungfraujoch is a mountain saddle connecting the Jungfrau and Monch 4000 metre Mountain peaks. The building to the bottom of the photograph houses shops, cafe, restaurant and rail station. A high speed lift takes you up through the mountain to the Sphinx Observatory Visitor Platform.
